We aim to have all orders dispatched within 5 days of receiving your order & all of our orders they will be dispatched Via Royal Mail recorded delivery or parcel force for all large orders.
For late / short notice orders there will be an extra cost to have items sent next day delivery to ensure your order arrive to you in time for your show / event. please contact us if next day delivery is required for cost.
To ensure that your rosettes arrive in the condition you expect we take extra special care in the packaging of your order.All Parcels sent will be covered by Royal Mails standard insurance but extra insurance will be available at an extra cost. If you require this please tell us at time of order.
All our rosettes will be dispatched in Clear film front bags for easy identification.

We can not be held responsible for any damages or less caused in transit, we do not accept any responsibility for any order lost or delayed once it has left our workshop. Postal insurance is available and recommended for all orders., please contact us with your requirements. All shortages / errors must be declared after 3 days of receipt of your delivery.
