All Invoices will be sent Via email to specified Addresses on your order form and by Post at time of receiving your order.
You Can Either Pay by Cheque made payable to Sue Dunn with Allsorts rosettes written on the reverse,
Or We can accept credit card payments through Paypal over the phone or you can send money via paypal payable to: Allsorts. rosettes@btinternet.com.
Terms and conditions
Ordering
All our Rosettes, Ribbons and Sashes are handcrafted to order, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery from when order is placed for multiple rosettes, 14 days for single rosette, badges, and tags. We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders when it is not possible to avoid ordering at Short notice. To ensure a speedy order, from receiving your order to delivery please give us as much notice as possible and provide us with your required delivery date to ensure your rosettes arrive on time for your event / occasion. All orders received within 7 working days of your show / event, will be sent automatically on next day delivery / special delivery and the costs will be added to your invoice.
Payment
All Orders are required to be paid in full at time of order, The person placing the order will be responsible for paying the bill, unless authorised by a club / committee
If payment is to be made by cheque we require payment to be made in full within 7 days of receiving your order, or if paying by credit card, payment to be made in full once invoice has been received
All Orders will NOT be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
Colours
We reserve the right to substitute the colours from specified only if absolutely necessary, but will contact the person responsible for the order if this is necessary.
All Sizes are approximate, Descriptions and illustrations are for a guideline only and can not be guaranteed.
Title
All goods remain the property of AllSorts Rosettes until the invoice is paid in full
Outside of the UK
Living out side of the UK is not a Problem Please contact us with your details to get a quotation on postage and package costs.
Prices
AllSorts Rosettes Reserve the right to amend prices where necessary.
All our prices are NET. We do not charge V.A.T
Delivery
All delivery’s are covered by royal mail's standard insurance, any extra insurance will be added to the cost of the delivery. If you would like extra insurance please could you tell us at time of order for a quote of any extra costs.
Although we cannot accept responsibility for goods after we have dispatched them. We shall take every possible precaution to allow them to arrive at their destination on time and in the condition you would expect them in.
All our parcels are send recorded delivery by royal mail or parcel force courier.
Miscellaneous
All our rosettes carry our contact details on the reverse. If you do not wish to have this please inform us at time of order.
In the event of any unavoidable changes in terms and conditions we will give advance warning if anything applies to orders already placed.
The customer accepts all responsibility for all printing ordered and indemnifies AllSorts Rosettes against propriety or copyright infringements.
Returns / Refunds / Cancellations.
All Damages / losses must be declared within 3 days of receipt of your delivery.
We can not accept any returns for any errors omitted in error when placing your order as all our rosettes, sashes & T-shirts are made to your specification and design.
A refund will only be given if there is insufficient time for us to replace any incorrect item.
In the event of a cancelled order, there will be a 10% charge if the order has already started manufacture
Privacy Policy
For all Card payments taken.
At no time will any card details will be kept either on paper or electronically when payment is taken for goods ordered either by telephone or email, we will only request the details when taking a payment and then only entered into our terminal for process.
